The Role: Trainee .Net Developer
As a Trainee .Net Developer, you will be an integral part of our development team, working on various projects that require the application of your technical knowledge and skills. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to development and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Communicate with clients to gather and understand their requirements. Perform a technical analysis of these requirements and prepare detailed technical designs.
- Development: Utilize your knowledge of ASP.NET, C# .NET frameworks (2.0/3.5/4.0), SQL Server 2008, JS & AJAX, and ADO.NET 2.0 to develop high-quality software solutions. Experience with design patterns and MVC frameworks is a plus.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team of developers, mentoring juniors by task briefing, reviewing tasks, and providing feedback. Ensure the team is aligned and working efficiently towards the project goals.
- Documentation: Prepare external documentation such as Requirement Specifications, User Manuals, System Manuals, and Technical documentation. Develop internal documentation like Project Plans, Database designs, and Functional designs.
- Lifecycle Management: Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from business and systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development and testing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/MCA/BCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in .Net application development.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge and experience in ASP.NET, C# .NET frameworks, SQL Server, JS & AJAX, and ADO.NET. Exposure to object-oriented programming and good analytical skills are essential.
- Additional Skills: Experience in design patterns, MVC frameworks, database design, and functional design is an added advantage.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
